The clinicians are very helpful

It is impossible to speak to the reception team to book or reschedule an appointment. A phone number is provided on the appointment letters but on every occasion it goes through to voicemail. Despite requesting a call back no one calls but sends a email instead. I have also been informed that there is no cancellation list. Appointments are very limited and inflexible for a rapid access clinic.

Most of time staff listens but sometimes take time to answer call bell

I’m not complaining here I m just suggesting patients should not be forced to get up 5.30 am when breakfast not till 7.30 or 8 am we patients can’t sleep sometimes we would like to sleep at least till 7 am we are not well we need rest

I was given a professional session by [name removed] who was pleasant and personable. Would have been more beneficial if I’d seen someone 6 months earlier but it is what it is.

In an ideal world it would have been more beneficial to have seen been seen 8 months earlier.

Lovely lady, excellent treatment and very calm environment. However, I was told I would be sent an exercise sheet, but so far I’ve not received it (4 days).
